Hello, 

So the truth is…. I have a bad sweet tooth that is nearly never satisfied. In fact I’m notoriously guilty of indulging in midnight bowls full of lucky charms. (Horrible I know)

However I do TRY to eat healthy, and I recently decided to cut back on my sugar intake. So instead of running to my favorite box of cereal tonight…I switched it up. 


Nothing more then half of an avocado mashed, topped with shredded cheese and sprinkled with salt! 

Yum!!!
